Brand new construction 5 bedroom/5 bath custom built home with fabulous gulf views and bay views. Identical property next door makes it perfect for large groups of friends or family. Or to rent individually. Beautifully custom decorated and outfitted with all anyone would need for the perfect beach vacation. These houses have a pool each, a hot tub each and both have elevators. Just a short walk to the beach with easy access.

Great stay!

We loved it here! The house was awesome and the proximity to the beach was great! The pool was amazing for our family. The privacy was good. The kids were in it everyday. We split our time between the pool and beach. The walk to the beach isn’t bad. There are beach chairs and other beach items under the first floor stairs. We didn’t know that and we could have easily brought less because of everything there. If you are cooking in, you need to know that you might need to pick up some extra paper towels. There are not many kitchen towels. Also grab some extra toilet paper depending on your group size and stay. Bring your laundry soap if you plan to do laundry. WiFi is questionable if you plan to work or watch tv at night. There is no cable. It is just streaming. We drove to town a couple of nights for dinner. The Oyster House was good. The Hangout is high energy and a place for teens and young people. We would definitely book this property again! Loved the location and the beach was not overcrowded. Excellent beach vacation overall!

Fun Family Stay

Fort Vice was just as pictured. We enjoyed the house tremendously! We had plenty of room :) just a short walk to the beach and the pool was great for our kids. We hope to enjoy this house again!!

The house was very nice. The Air Conditioning Unit went out during our stay but the management company had it fixed by the next evening. We had a large group staying there for a national softball tournament and needed to do quite a bit of laundry - the dryer had a hard time getting the laundry completely dry but we just hung the towels on the balcony and that solved the problem. Overall the house is very nice, beds were comfortable and property was clean. I would stay there again! Management company was easy to work with when the AC unit malfunctioned and they worked quickly to solve the problem! We had a good trip! Thank you for letting us use the house.

Wasn’t worth the money

They had a plastic folding table as the eating table. No BBQ pit and couldn’t use the golf cart. Didn’t appear this rental was ready for occupancy. No switch for the garbage disposal found out 3rd day we had to manually plug it in. With having little kids they had a lot of nails in the sand and construction debris. The Hot Tub was not hot and kept losing water. We made the best of the situation but definitely was not worth the 8k spent.
