Super updated cozy house. We loved the beautiful back deck with a fire pit and hot tub, nugget cushions for the kids, beautiful view, and the overall space. Will stay here again next year.

Great!
Super updated cozy house, loved the amenities. Beautiful back deck with a propane fire pit and hot tub. Will stay here again next year.
Perfect place for a couple and their little dog! Very clean and neatly kept! It was well stocked unlike other homes we’ve had stayed in. We really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Grand Lake!
The place looked recently renovated and it was very well put together. They did a really good job.
The balcony was better than what we expected: big, comfortable and with great views.
My girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights in June. It was inviting, clean, and had plenty of room for all six of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunshine on the deck and relaxing in the hot tub. We would absolutely recommend and return!

Loved our stay!
This was our family's first Grand Lake trip and it was so fun! The house was so clean and pretty inside. The location of the house was great. Walking distance to a market for food and walking distance to mini golf and downtown. The deck was nice to relax on at the end of the day and the fire pit was perfect for making smores. Overall, we were really happy with the house and will stay there again when we go back to Grand Lakw!
Another couple and ourselves stayed at this cabin while in Grand Lake for a wedding. The cabin is newly remodeled, has a great kitchen and living room for hanging out. The bathroom is great and has a nice shower. Located on the end of town, so easily walkable to Main Street. The beds were a 12/10 on the comfort level which was a big surprise. Highly recommend.

Great Place
Very nice home, close to the lake and had plenty of furniture on the deck for our use. Has everything you need and love that it’s pet friendly! It gets a little stuffy during the day because there’s no AC but they have plenty of fans for your use to cool it down a little bit. Would recommend to anyone wanting to go during the winter or spring/ fall time.

Wonderful rental!
This home was wonderful! Perfect for kids and pets. Had a grassy area for our dog. Very spacious on the inside and private. Was able to enjoy the hot tub with a view of the mountains. Home is well maintained and clean. It is remodeled and a perfect get away.
Our kids loved the loft and the details that are up there available for them (nugget couch).
This house had everything you could need, all while being close to town!
We loved the property. Very comfortable. Excellent appliances, common space, deck, views, hot tub.

A Perfect Getaway: Unforgettable Cabin Stay in Grand Lake
I recently stayed at The Golden Moose Chalet in Grand Lake and had a truly wonderful experience. The chalet exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and just a short distance from the heart of Grand Lake and the surrounding natural beauty.
Every detail, from the comfortable beds to the inviting décor, contributed to a relaxing and memorable stay. The hosts provided clear communication and made sure everything was perfect for my visit.
I highly recommend The Golden Moose Chalet to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in Grand Lake. I can’t wait to return
The property matched its description and is located at the entrance to the town Grand Lake. There is a hot tub on the side of the house, but the property doesn’t supply any pool towels. And, for all the properties we’ve rented across the country this is the first that didn’t provide laundry detergent. I don’t recall whether this is noted in the description but we had to make a store run. There is a fair amount of bugs in and around the property and the landscape would benefit from some cleanup. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Wish we could’ve
Wish we could’ve stayed, but road closures and severe weather for three days at the bottom of the mountain prevented us. We would’ve love to rebook and stay another time, but the on-site team was not very helpful or kind in speaking with us amidst a completely whiteout storm. Looked like a beautiful place, but we’ll look somewhere else next time.

Needs more attention to detail!
The cabin was cute and comfy but, unfortunately, not very clean. Literally everything we tried to use, from silverware, utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cutting board to towels and bed linens had leftover food, smudges, stains, etc. The little (toaster) oven was absolutely disgusting - needs to be removed/replaced immediately. One of the snow shovels was broken. The hot tub water level was very low. There was also no hair dryer in the place so we had to make a call and have one delivered. A bit disappointing overall.
The hot tub was a major reason for booking the moose lodge but unfortunately it was broken during our 3 night stay. Management left me a voicemail two days before check-in saying the hot tub was broken, but said it would be fixed before check-in. Hot tub repair workers eventually came on day two but it was still not working properly. Management gave us a 10% discount which was too little too late. Overall, disappointing to deal with their management, excuses and repairmen on our holiday weekend.
