New build and very well designed. Clean and just beautiful space. Area is great and centrally located. This is my new go to rental when in town! Thank you Ashley - well done on the ADU!
We had such a great stay at Ashley’s property! The space was clean, had everything we needed to cook meals, allowed our dog, and was within walking distance to coffee shops and parks. Communicating with her was also super easy and she was so responsive. Can’t recommend enough if you’re staying in Grand Junction for vacation or just passing through. Thanks again!
