Summary:
Syd’s place is a relaxed, 1970’s beach house within easy walking distance of Goolwa Beach and the river. Enjoy a coffee of Kuti Shack or an afternoon glass of wine at the surf club. If the river is more your thing, thee are a multitude of options to enjoy along the wharf and riverbank as well as wineries within 15 mins driving.

The Space:
The house itself offers two separate living areas between the upper and lower levels. The staircase is external. Each level is self contained.
The upper floor provides some ocean views and to the River Murray.
It offers two bedrooms with a Queen and a double as well as an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and a bathroom.
The lower floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, lounge and bedroom with Queen bed and single bed.
Both levels have garden access with outdoor seating and parking. An additional folding bed is available on request.
Please note that one well behaved dog may be welcome with you on your holiday but permission must be granted first. A $75 pet fee will apply.
Strictly no smoking and no parties.
Sorry no schoolies.
