    Are you planning a trip with a larger group and looking for a place where comfort meets privacy?

    This spacious apartment is part of an intimate house with a garden and a relaxation area. It is a space where everyone will find something for themselves and take a break from the daily rush. The apartment is located in Kolczewo, just 350 m from the lake and 4.4 km from the beach in Wisełka. At your disposal is a garden with a playground and barbecue, as well as a wellness area with a Jacuzzi and sauna.

    The Space:

    Apartment for 7 people, which is part of the Poseidon house. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms await you inside, providing comfort for the whole group. The spacious living room is connected with a fully equipped kitchenette. From the living room you will exit to a private terrace and a garden with a barbecue and a playground for children. There is also a wellness area with a Jacuzzi and sauna at your disposal.



    The Neighborhood:

    The apartment is located in quiet Kolczewo on the island of Wolin. It is a great base for exploring the charms of the region. Only 350 m separates you from Lake Kolczewo, and a 5-minute drive from the beach in Wisełka (4.4 km). The area is home to the Wolin National Park, ideal for walking and biking. You will also find dining establishments and stores within walking distance.

schönes Haus

Das Haus war toll, der Pool und die Sauna befinden sich im Keller des Hauses, welches man mit der anderen Haushälfte teilt, sofern die besetzt ist. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in dem Ort und ist flussläufig erreichbar. Misdroy ist ca 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. es gab technische Probleme im Haus, da wurde uns sofort mit einem Techniker ausgeholfen, der alle Probleme beseitigt hat

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr zentral und man kann größere Städte wie Kolberg oder Stettin schnell mit dem Auto erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug in der Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus ist bis auf kleine Mängel in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Ausstattung zufrieden stellend. Die Nebenstraße welche zum Ferienhaus führt ist eine absolute Katastrophe! Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Woche vor Ort :) Kleiner Tipp für andere Mieter; der Pool und die Sauna werden von beiden Häuserhälften genutzt.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Sauna und Jacuzzi waren eine sehr schöne Entspannung.Die Wohnung war super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bitte kein WLAN anbieten da es nicht einmal eine ordentliche Leistung hatte,unter den Stühlen vielleicht Möbelgleiter darunter machen.

Alles in allem Gut

Schaut so gut wie auf den Bildern aus. Aber gibt auch ein paar negative Punkte. - Erstens die Zufahrtsstraße ist nicht befestigt, mit tiefen Löchern. - In der Nacht sind öfters in der Siedlung die Alarmanlagen losgegangen, gibt ein nicht so gutes Gefühl. - Bei der Endabrechnung wird zusätzlich eine relativ hohe Umrechnungsgebühr von 4% genommen. Normalerweise ist diese bei Visa oder anderen Anbietern bei maximal 1,75%. Aber sonst alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
