Precious apartment with sea view in the heart of the historic centre of Gijón, in the idyllic neighbourhood of Cimadevilla, offers a unique vision of the city. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and an excellent location, to be able to enjoy both the places and the gastronomy of the city.



Accommodation description.



This accommodation stands out for its modern and functional design, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay.

It has two spacious and bright bedrooms. The main one has a double bed, while the second is equipped with two single beds.

For greater comfort, the apartment includes two full bathrooms with spacious showers as well as a fully equipped American-style kitchen with appliances and utensils, which integrates with an open-concept living-dining room.



Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

Agradable en general.

La ubicación es excelente. La limpieza bastante deficiente.El apartamento está muy bien pero bastante descuidado: el papel decorativo de un dormitorio arrancado, el cabecero del otro dormitorio con un solo punto de anclaje. El menaje de mesa muy escaso y no hemos podido hacer uso del televisor (aunque nos enviaron a un chico que intentó un buen rato sintonizarlo). Los contactos de la agencia super amables.
