Magnificent scenery sitting at top of mountain with clear, crisp views of Mt. Leconte for EVERY season of the year. The chalet is maintained by Mountaineer Cleaning Company which does an excellent job at making sure the cabin is in exceptional condition for each arriving guest. As owners, we also live in area and inspect cabin on a weekly basis to provide a high quality vacation experience for all guests. Architecture is amazing!

Cabin and hot tub are sanitized for your health and safety according to the CDC for your health and safety by my professional cleaning service, Mountaineer Cleaning and Maintenance. Please allow time for hot tub to heat up especially in the winter. I am sorry but I do not give refunds due to inclement weather or early departures.

Upon arrival, on the main floor, guests are welcomed by an open-plan living area with floor to ceiling windows, a stack rock gas fireplace that sits in the corner with a 60 inch HD TV with Blu Ray DVD player and a comfortable leather sofa and sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen features black granite counter tops and a stone backsplash. The dining area includes an oak log table with seating for 8. A bedroom on the main level offers a king bed, closet and a 50 inch HD TV. The main level also hosts a full bathroom with a jetted tub , double sinks, stone walls and a large picture window. There is not a shower in this bathroom.

The open loft looks out on Mt. Leconte and offers a king bed, closet and a full bathroom, double sinks, and a glass enclosed walk in shower. Exceptional views from every window in loft area, even behind the bed!

The lower level (game room) features an open room with pool table and a sofa sleeper that sits in front of a 50 inch HD TV and gas fireplace. Behind this area is a cove with a bunk bed that accommodates a full and twin bed. A large bathroom with shower, tub, double sinks and full size washer and dryer is nearby. The large open has floor to ceiling windows to take in all the beautiful views.

**Cabin is 3 levels and may not be suited for elderly seniors, disabled, or handicapped persons. The driveway is steep but is manageable. Parking is available on two levels. You can drive to the first level and park. If you drive to second level of parking, drive to rear, back up to turn around and then go down driveway forward. Does not accommodate large passenger vans or motor homes. Drive with caution during the winter months.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We accept credit cards through the secure site with HomeAway/VRBO. Once you decide to book, we will email you a confirmation letter and will need 1/2 of rent to be received within 3 days of making the reservation and the balance to be paid not less than 15 days prior to arrival. We require 14 days minimum for cancellations in order to receive a full refund. Funds can be paid through the secure system on VRBO/Home Away.

YOU ARE GIVEN A SMALL STARTER SUPPLY OF TRASH BAGS, TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, SOAP ETC. YOU MAY BRING EXTRA WITH YOU OR SHOP AT THE LOCAL FOOD CITY GROCERY WHICH IS ONLY ABOUT 2 MILES AWAY. WE DO NOT SUPPLY PANTRY ITEMS FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION AND UNDERSTANDING.
