AREA

The property is located on Estrada Monumental, close to the Forum Madeira Shopping Center (4 minutes on foot), 1 minute on foot from the bike path, and 5 minutes on foot from the Doca do Cavacas bathing complex. This is a privileged area due to its proximity to padel courts (10 minutes on foot), gardens, restaurants, bars/cafés, shops, and services, as well as being just 10 minutes by car from the center of Funchal, or 40 minutes if you choose to walk.

In the city center, there are various tourist attractions and activities for all tastes (cultural activities, extreme sports, nature-related activities, regardless of the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island).

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

Appartment Rental in Funchal

Schön eingerichtetes Appartement, sehr neues und modernes Mobiliar, Leider keine Deutschen Fernsehprogramme verfügbar. Ansonsten, Top modernes Design, großzügig, separates Schlafzimmer, komplett eingerichtete Küche, tolles Badezimmer und auch einen Balkon. Die City ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, in 10-15 min. hat man aber schon die verschiedensten Restaurants zur Auswahl. In weiteren 10 min. ist man in der City von Funchal. Leider hatte der Balkon keine Meersicht, sondern war zur Hauptstraße hin ausgerichtet. Empfehlenswert.
