Location: Treasure Island beach community of Surfside, Texas
Beach access: The Treasure Island Beach access point is a 2-3 minute walk from the home, and there’s excellent fishing at San Luis Pass— about a minute drive away.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

During the drive to Edgewater Bungalow, you’ll feel like you can reach out and touch the waves— that’s how close this home is to the waterfront. This home has sleeping space for 12 people across three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed set into a painted wood frame, while the second bedroom has two queen-size beds. The third bedroom is located off the living space and has a custom full-size, built-in bunk bed.
Edgewater Bungalow is about a 2-3 minute walk away from the Treasure Island Beach community access point. For the fishing fanatics in your family, the San Luis Pass is about a minute drive and has some of the best fishing on the Texas coast. For ocean lovers of all ages, the location of this home is tough to beat— your whole family will fall heads over heels for Edgewater Bungalow, and will want to return again and again.
House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
