The Space:

Step through the front door into a bright, freshly built home where every detail feels considered. Vaulted timber accents, designer lighting, and clean modern lines set the tone the moment you arrive.

Two full bathrooms finished in floor-to-ceiling marble-look tile, with a glass-enclosed shower/tub combo, rainfall showerhead plus handheld wand, granite vanity with vessel sink, and starter toiletries. Plush towels and makeup-friendly linens provided. An open-concept living and kitchen area with stainless appliances, full-size fridge, microwave, and everything you need to cook a real meal , or just make coffee and head back outside.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, the fenced backyard, the putting green, fire pit area, and covered patio. Private off-street parking is available, and a walkway leads from the drive directly to the front steps.

Set in a quiet new-build community surrounded by open land and big Texas sky, this home offers real peace and quiet without feeling remote. Sunrises and sunsets here are the main event — grab a chair at the fire pit and watch the horizon turn pink and gold. You're a short drive from local restaurants, shops, and area attractions, with easy road access when you want to explore and a calm street to come home to. The neighborhood is walkable, well-lit, and ideal for an evening stroll.

Before You Arrive — Required Steps

To complete your reservation, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement and complete ID verification prior to arrival. We use a simple, secure guest portal to handle all pre-arrival steps — no app download or account creation required. Your portal also includes everything you need to know about the property and our favorite local recommendations.

Security Hold & Damage Waiver

In lieu of a traditional security deposit, a temporary security hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card at check-in. This is a pending transaction only — not a charge — and is fully released after checkout provided the home is left in good condition.

As an alternative, you may opt into a non-refundable damage waiver through our third-party insurance partner for $49. The damage waiver covers up to $5000 accidental damage during your stay and is available for purchase after booking. This is entirely optional.

Check-In & Communication

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Your full check-in instructions, smartlock code, and property address will be provided via the guest portal prior to arrival. Our team maintains a 100% response rate and is available throughout your stay — don't hesitate to reach out.

Pets & Smoking

This is a strictly no-pet, no-smoking property — indoors and outdoors. These policies are enforced without exception.
