We love staying here! So much so, that I believe it’s our third time here!! The house is perfect and in a wonderful location close to the Fraser walking trail and other gorgeous trails that are just a short drive, groceries are close in addition to some cool breweries and our favorite, Elevation Pizza!!
We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. All of the electronics and appliances are state-of-the-art. Quiet neighborhood and minutes walking distance away from restaurants and town. Would gladly spend another restful week at this house!
We love 52 Journey Way and the neighborhood. This unit is nice and we enjoyed our time here. We were close to hiking and loved the Fraser River trail for evening walks with the dog!!

Really cute place and good location with access to both Frasier and Winter Park as well as a ton of great hiking/biking trails. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. and the place was very clean. Would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting
This condo was about 1 mile from the ski resort and very close to restaurants and a grocery store. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was that the wifi was not working when we arrived. We called and the company fixed it late the next day. Obviously, not having access to a TV or internet is an issue when traveling with teens.

Door lock didn't work (took 1/2 hr to get in). Unit wasn't clean. (housekeeping had to come out @ 10pm). Garage floor was filthy, covered with dirt. Description on website referenced 2 bikes with cable locks, neither of which were there. Lack of space in kitchen for food or other items. Owner had occupied almost all of cabinets. Same in the pantry. Bar-b-que grill was corroded & was not usable. Patio had not been cleaned. Leather sofa was so scratched it took 2 hrs to treat with leather cleaner. Hide-a-bed was covered with dog hairs & a sheet was left on the bed. Another 2 hr project to vacuum the dog hairs. Baseboards need to be cleaned (especially in the corners) Ants in primary bedroom. Also, primary bdrm had no place to put clothes except hanging rods in the closet. Mattress in primary bdrm was stained & mattress pad had a bad odor. We did not intend to spend so much of our time cleaning & washing sheets! Positive: Rebecca was great to assist us! Location was awesome. Garage was great for our truck & bikes (once we cleaned the floor) Lots of towels in the bathrooms. We would defintiely recommend a different cleaning service! We feel like we should get a refund for the cleaning fee!
Beautiful place, very clean, decor is appealing, and so restful. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, amazing pots, and an assortment of supplies. It was a very safe location with lots of hiking, biking trails and wonderful places to eat as well as an amazing rec center nearby with swimming and many other exercise options. Absolutely loved our stay.
Was a little concerned about no air conditioning (being from the South where lack of air conditioning can be a death sentence-- or at least feel like it). However, the suggestion about opening windows for cross ventilation and use of the fan provided allowed for only a short time of feeling too warm.
I have only some minimal suggestions: the downstairs toilet handle is loose and needs replaced, an extra fan for downstairs would be helpful, addition of grab bars in the showers would assist those of us in advanced years. The downstairs TV remote charger does not charge but we were able to use the upstairs charger for both remotes. Although the technology in the house is amazing and there were detailed instructions for the speaker system, we are limited in our technological skills and could have used instructions for the TV remotes. After our son arrived, he had no difficulty at all with the remotes so this is strictly a problem with us.
We would definitely stay here again. I missed the lovely Colorado scenery and weather as soon as we left.

Positive = clean condo with nice decor, beautiful walking trails, and close to downtown WP. Able to bring our dog (who had a spectacular time!) so that was a HUGE plus!
Possible improvements = having glass cleaner available (dining table is glass and gets immediately smudged), providing tissue/Kleenex (as there was none) and maybe another TP option (this was 1 ply).
Negative = Remote control did not work in upstairs bedroom. Fireplace went on fine with wall switch but then would not turn off via wall switch! My husband had to turn gas off manually. We called the property management company (Vacasa) and had a very frustrating/got us nowhere phone call. I followed up with the "support" email for Vacasa with details and no one ever responded.
Totally understand the owner wanting the benefit of using a property management company but when you don't get issues resolved it is frustrating to not be able to talk with the owner.
Just our 2 cents. We stayed 4 days/3 nights and the issues happened first night so we were not able to use upstairs TV or fireplace the rest of our stay. Not ideal.
Super lux & comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked, comfy couches & outdoor patio! Location ultra close to trails & easy access to Main Street & WP. Super bright w/lots of transom windows & floor to ceiling sliding doors. Huge pantry & garage for summer & winter toys!
My only complaints: weak & low water pressure in upstairs bathroom + the place had just 1 working fan during a super hot week (no A/C, probably not needed most of the year).
We had a wonderful time at this property. They had even more than I could ask for at this property. Impressive. Comfortable seating indoors and out. Extra large beds. Very clean and inviting.
Fantastic property. Tastefully decorated. All new. Nothing was skimped on here- kitchen is well equipped. Even the linens were high-end. Gorgeous vaulted ceilings. Two large king bedrooms with ample privacy. Lots of sunlight. Quiet location near trails. Excellent.

Beautiful space!
This was a beautiful property. Very clean. Extra large beds. This property had everything you may want or need and more. Very comfortable and nice setting. Close to everything. We would stay here again.

Wonderful property. Really clean and nice. Super communicative support tram to answer questions. Bones to pick.... one pillow had what looked like nasty blood stain on it (like it was on someone’s hand, and they touched the pillow), no coffee (usually there are kurig cups or some coffee like a hotel room would offer) and there was no sugar for the coffee. The housekeeping staff said the blood satin was spilled “wine” but I still question that. Was just a really Icky discovery to find after we slept on it for two days and when we went to strip the beds.
Overall, not bad.
The duplex was clean and comfortable. I liked the beddings and nicely decorated rooms. Only complain is the fireplace did not work and it was bit chilly. I texted turn key maintenance and was told the repairman was gonna be there on the day. He finally showed up 2days later... not much communication between me and turn key meanwhile. The repairman was able to fix it on the spot .

We even took a short 40 min drive into Grand Lake for a day. Quiet neighborhood close to trail that runs along creek. Huge plus that it is dog friendly as well! We will definitely be back!

I really wanted to take my time to write a review for this property. When I saw it I was a bit skeptical, I'm form Miami and this was my first visit to Colorado and Winter Park. I stayed with my wife, my brother and his wife, and our sister stayed at winter park resort hotel with her two daughters. Same price but the difference was massive!! This cosy home is the perfect nest for a getaway. I wanted to just stay there and rest. Is surrounded by restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and the home is FULLY equipped appliance wise and technology wise. There is absolutely everything. I really recommend this home to any family. Im afraid to say this but is cheap for the comfort it has. The only flaw I found is that you can't take a shower at the same time even though there are two bathrooms (gorgeous by the way) the water flow on the top bathroom is weak when there are people showering in the bottom bathroom. Other than that... this is a very nice place to stay and its worth every penny.
