Villa for 6 people with a garden - Cap Coz in Fouesnant

  • Welcome to Villa Cap Coz, a recent, bright and comfortable house located in Fouesnant, close to the coast. Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers a modern and functional setting, ideal for holidays with family or friends.

    The spacious living room, bathed in light, opens onto a wooden terrace and an enclosed garden (currently being finished), allowing you to fully enjoy outdoor meals and moments of relaxation. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, facilitates the organisation of meals on site in a friendly atmosphere.

    The villa has three double bedrooms with comfortable bedding as well as two modern bathrooms, offering a practical layout for 6 travellers. High-speed Wi-Fi, bed and towels, as well as daily amenities are included for a simple and hassle-free stay.

    The keys are handed over in person, in order to welcome you in the best conditions and to introduce you to the house.
    Arrival times are agreed in advance to facilitate your installation.

    Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request, at a rate of €10 per hour, subject to availability and after validation the day before your arrival/departure.

    For families, the following equipment can be made available on request (at the latest the day before):

    - Travel cot
    - Baby bath
    - High chair

    Price: €10 per stay and per facility.

Das Haus ist sehr modern und gerade frisch fertig gebaut. Ausgestattet mit Saugrobotern und elektrischen Rollladen. Rundherum war es noch recht kahl, als wir da waren. Beton eben. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Viel Besteck, viel Geschirr. Bügeleisen war da. Aber so etwas wie Pfannenwender und Kochlöffel fehlte. Es war auch nur eine Pfanne da und keine Deckel für die Töpfe. Wir waren Ende Juli im Haus und im Wohnzimmer standen noch ein paar Weihnachts-Deko-Stücke. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Alles in allem sehr gut.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette villa. L'intérieur d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L'emplacement est très calme tout en étant proche des commodités. Un grand merci à Julie et Nicolas pour leurs accueils chaleureux et leurs disponibilités. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
