If you need a place to crash for a night or two it's perfect. It's a shared house with about 6 - 8 rooms and shared bathroom. Surprisingly enough the bathroom was spotless and people were respectful. $10 a day parking, $3 to do a load of laundry (wash&dry). Again, perfect if you need to crash for a night, charge your laptop, do a load of laundry and shower.
For anyone that needs a bed to sleep that's it.
The kitchen and common area pretty well maintained. The restroom was a bit dirty, no rug no toilet paper. But the shower was very nice. The sink only had hot 🔥 water so i could barely wash my hands or teeth. The room I received room 8 has a skating wall to room 7 or 9 that everything could be heard. Even the breathing. I was next to a family with 2 children and it just wasn't the best room. Overall it was an okay stay.

I was booked through VRBO through Expedia hotels as a complimentary stay on behalf of VRBO last minute cancellation. I was informed that it was an apt/hotel meaning it’s a studio apartment from my previous experiences. However upon arrival I realized that it basically is a boarding room house. I appreciate VRBO attempts to rectify an emergency situation but it was nothing positive in comparison to what I had originally booked for myself.
When I arrived two men in a car approached me in an aggressive manner. As a solo business class female I didn’t feel safe and felt misled by the photos and categorization of this listing.
I left without entering the premises after taking time inside my car to finally have time late at night after a long work day to read all the bad reviews to understand the dynamics of the situation. The manager Jose tried sending me a Airbnb link to a private room inside of a house separate from the house and that’s when I began to feel something was a bit off because why are you sending me a different location with a private room when I’m thinking I’m booking a hotel suite? If I wanted to room with others or share housing premises due to budget restrictions I would have knowingly went in that direction to at least a more comfortable nicer setting SoBE or Miami Beach hostel but in my case my budget was allotted for having at bare minimum my own studio or one bedroom apartment. I didn’t ask for the $10 parking refund because restoring my peace was priceless

The lady who worked there is very sweet but the room with a garden view was a box with no windows. The walls were so thin I could hear the person breathing next door.
It is very poor management and the communication isn’t the best amongst their worker especially the cleaning lady she’s very mean

The listing was incredibly misleading, especially that the bathroom(s?) are not connected to the bedrooms. Door to the house was left ajar and not even closed. Sketchy man staring at me from his bedroom door while I tried to find my room. Incredibly thin walls. Did not feel safe. I booked a different hotel.
House was big infested. Rooms were terribly small. House owner was rude.

We didn’t finish our stay. Bathroom was NOT in room as described. It was dirty and no toilet paper. The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. We got blindsided with a $10 a day parking charge.
Room was like a closet space totally uncomfortable and misleading. Also said there was a bathroom but yhere was no bathroom in the room only shared bathroom. Also no fridge and microwave as stated
My room had a nest of 10,000 ants at the bed and in the bed. You don’t have your own room actually, my room shared an open window space with the person next to me, and the snoring was the loudest I’ve heard in my life. Could not sleep all night. I am filing for a refund!
We laid down to go to sleep and found that our bed was infested with bedbugs. There were splatters on the wall that seemed to have been there for a while and stains on the pillowcases. The bathrooms were unclean and did not feel like we could safely shower or get ready for the day. Borderline needs to be checked out and taken off Expedia.

This stay did not meet expectations. The room description was misleading. It’s more like a hostel with some privacy, and the room was extremely small. I think I counted 10 total “rooms” in this single family home. Noise was a major issue, with another guest blasting videos at 2 AM, forcing me to leave by 4 AM. I also had someone walk into my room while I was inside, which felt unsafe. The shared bathrooms were not clean. Parking is $10 and this was not disclosed. Only suitable if you need a quick place to sleep.
Room was not clean - pile of dirt on floor by lamp. There was no where to sit - no living room. 2 stools in kitchen. No TV, (although manager tried to hook up an old one for us.) Front door was left OPEN in the night time twice. Our room shared a small window and a vent with the room next to us, so when their light was left on all night, our room stayed light all night. Woman in next room was crying/sobbing loudly for hours. Very sad. Would not recommend this location.
The worst experience of our lives. The worst part is that I filed a complaint with Experian, and they didn't give me a refund, not. The place is nothing like what's shown in the pictures, not even close. To access it, you have to call a number first, where they then give you a code and a new location that isn't the address they initially advertised. When we arrived my husband wouldn't let me get out of the car, so he went in himself. He found four men who looked very suspicious sitting out front smoking, and not exactly tobacco or cigarettes, and one of them was even armed. Without a doubt, he got back in the car, and we left. I filed a complaint, and nothing happened. We had to make a new reservation at another hotel. BTW, we are platinum experian member 😩😅

I booked through Expedia, but the experience was disappointing. First, the check-in instructions were never emailed before arrival, so we had to wait around 10–15 minutes once we got there. The room was extremely small, and the blanket provided was very thin and barely big enough for a toddler—definitely not what you expect for an adult stay.
To make things worse, the blankets and towels smelled like they hadn’t been washed, which made the stay feel uncomfortable and unclean.
On top of that, when we parked, the property manager charged an unexpected $10 parking fee, even though this fee was not listed anywhere on Expedia. The manager said we had to pay it or move the car, which was ridiculous.
Overall, the stay felt unorganized, unsanitary, and not worth the hassle. Expedia should make sure properties clearly list all fees and provide proper check-in information in advance.

Hotel.com should make it clearer that this is a guest house, not a hotel. That implies shared bathroom and shower
Room was extremely small, bed was taking half of the space of the room. AC didn't go under 64, I would have like to set it at 60. Wall of my room was not completely closed (see picture) which limits privacy as there was another room on the other side. The switch for the light was outside the room in the corridor, I had to close in the corridor then use my cell phone light to get to bed. Only one electrical plug was available, the other was used by the AC and it was located at the back of the bed head in a tiny hard to reach spot. I personally use a CPAP which requires electrical connection and would have like to be able to charge my phone at the same time.
Bed was covered with a plastic film, which made the bed sheet to move and made the bed warm even with AC.
On Saturday the manager, who sounded friendly, invited me to chat with him on the back terrace. I was getting ready to go to a concert and mentioned that I will be going to the Dominican restaurant nearby. In the meantime it started pouring rain so I decided to order from Doordash. He ask me to order a meal for him which I did thinking that he will hand me out the money for it. When food arrived he told me he had no money for it and sounded drunk
