They waited to last minute to cancel. Then took 5 days to give me my money back... terrible way to treat a customer who paid in full with no problem.

The pool that was advertised as heated was not heated, the owner said it just broke The tv would not work because no internet connection available A refrigerator of half eaten opened food from the owner Terrible experience we left the house the same night and went to a hotel.. my holiday was ruined Terrible terrible terrible horrible !!!!!!!!
