Lovely waterfront two bedroom house with parking

Come relax at our two bedroom ground floor apartment. Lots of windows and light to enjoy views of the New River with yachts & boats right outside your windows. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower/tub combo, king bedroom & queen bed in second room, living room with couch , large closets , lots of drawers, wifi, smart tv in room & living room , dinning table for four. Enjoy a private space outside accessed from the living room. Covered Front porch also to lounge.

The neighborhood is called Sailboat Bend and is home to many boat enthusiasts. Located on Fort Lauderdale New River this neighborhood provides waterfront homes all nestled in the heart of the city. Close to everything! 5 min to downtown shops/restaurants including Las Olas. 10-15 min drive to airport. 10-15 min drive to beach.

Beware: Does NOT Sleep Six

The property itself was OK. The structure is a bit shabby, but serviceable. Some sort of rodent got at some of our food during the night, but the manager said this hadn't happened before and would be dealt with. Wrong information about the WiFi was sent to us before arrival. We could never get the main TV to work and the communication from the manager regarding the TV was not helpful. Still, the place itself is OK for the price. What is not OK is that the place was (and still is, as of this writing) advertised as sleeping 6. When I pointed out to the manager that there were only two beds and no "double futon," they acknowledged that they had removed the double futon and would make sure to get the listing changed to reflect that fact. It is now 9 days later and they are still falsely advertising "sleeps 6." Not acceptable. Be warned that the place sleeps only four people despite the false claim of six.
