New modern and clean houseboat

Seems almost brand new. Very clean and everything works as it should. The bed is very comfortable and AC works great. I Loved watching sunsets from the roof deck. The only complaint I have is that the neighborhood is a little rougher than I would like. Otherwise it was perfect for me.

One of a Kind

Overall, the stay was amazing! The neighborhood was great to take a walk and the roof of the boat was incredible to relax on. We were able to do a little fishing and caught a few fish! The only improvements that I would recommend is to ensure the place is completely clean beforehand. We found two thong underwear behind the couch. Also, maybe bigger bumpers between the boats? The banging was extremely loud at night. Otherwise, this place was a dream!
