Welcome to The Palms! Your summer retreat ~Hot tub

Our modern boho house is great for your family and friends. We are in a prime location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. With plenty of space to sit, play and relax, you are sure to have a great time. Our home is fully equipped with a brand new hot tub, gas BBQ, and plenty of outdoor space. We have a huge side yard that is ideal for lawn games. We also have some awesome board games for all ages, if the beach isn't for you. Come and check it out for yourself! We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time!

The property sits on a large double lot, giving your much space to enjoy the outdoors. The house is two levels with bathrooms on both levels. We have a games area in the three season sunroom. There is laundry on the main level of the house, and a great walk out porch with plenty of seating for outdoor dining. We have a gas bbq for your use, and loungers to soak up the sun. From the back patio you can access the hot tub, which can be enjoyed year round!

There is room for up to four cars to park.
You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible.

No smoking inside the house. HST excluded in price.
Minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
We are happy to host your pet as well. Additional fee for pets will be charged.

Family Getaway

We celebrated a family anniversary in the area. The property was comfortable for our family of 5. The hot tub was an extra bonus to unwind in at the end of long active days. The area is in close proximity to many area attractions and amenities. The host was very responsive to any needs.

The house was great! Charming, super comfortable mattresses, linens were lovely & kitchen equipped

The house was accurately described, the bed linens were fantastic and the mattresses were really nice! The kitchen was fully equipped and we had an amazing time sitting on the back deck and taking advantage of the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

As moms of twins, my friends and I were looking for a getaway and we had a wonderful weekend at this cute property. This is a lovely summer home. It was meticulously clean, furnished with nice towels and linens and starter supplies. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It's a wonderful and convenient neighborhood and just a few blocks from Bay beach. We'd love to come again!!
