Small apartment house "Mont Charvin", 3 storeys. Above La Toussuire, in an elevated position, 400 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop 320 m, grocery 280 m, restaurant, bar 550 m, bus stop "Office de Tourisme" 220 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km. Chair lift, slopes 400 m, ski bus stop 220 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME DU CORBIER in LA STATION VOISINE, 4 km.
1-room apartment 32 m2, on the ground floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the patio. Alcove with curtain with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the patio. Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo Philipps)). Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Carpet. Small terrace, south facing position. Deck chairs (2). View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: apartment carpark side. Smoke alarm. PLEASE NOTE: THE KEYS TO THE TOUSSUIRE HOUSING SHALL BE GIVEN AT THE CORBIER INTERHOME AGENCY 4 KM. FOR ARRIVALS BY BUS, PLEASE CONTACT US 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO ORGANIZE YOUR KEY DELIVERY. POSSIBLE PAYABLE ADDITIONAL SERVICE: 30 EURO. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Super appartement, bien situé dans la station (il faudra toutefois marcher un peu pour rejoindre les pistes). Grand, confortable et super bien équipé. Je recommande.
