The Résidence les Eaux Vives I offers a verdant setting comprised of terraced houses and five small apartment buildings.

Located 700m from the beach and 600m from the resort center, in the Vigie district, this charming, newly renovated ground-floor apartment features a living room with a television (subject to good reception) and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 120x190cm bed, and a bathroom with a toilet.

The advantages of this seaside holiday rental: Terrace with garden furniture and awning, ideal for enjoying the sun and sea views. The residence has a secure swimming pool and parking space. Pool access, weather permitting, is available from June 15th to August 31st.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Sheets and towels are not provided; however, they can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.

Optional services, to be booked 10 days in advance and paid for on site:
Rental of bed linen, towels, tea towels, and bath mats.
Rental of a Wi-Fi box.

Satisfaite dans l'ensemble

Belle location dans une jolie résidence. Tout est beau et fonctionnel à part le coin nuit... Chambre très exiguëe pas d'éclairage Lits superposés dans l'entrée qui sont en fait deux lits posés l'un sur l'autre. Lit du bas il ne faut pas être claustrophobe lit du haut sans barrière de protection donc non recommandé pour des enfants. Nous nous sommes adaptées, pas de lecture le soir avant de dormir et ma fille a fini par mettre le matelas par terre dans la pièce à vivre...
