The modern villa A is located in Fažana, just 7 km from the city of Pula. Fažana is an ideal Istrian place for a summer vacation with family and friends, where you can escape from everyday obligations and relax your body and soul. It is 100 meters from the nearest sea, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby.

Villa A is ready to offer 350 m2 of living space and open its doors to a maximum of 10 people. This villa will delight you with its luxury, comfort and relaxing atmosphere. There are 5 bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, while the remaining four have a shower. On the second floor there is a spacious terrace overlooking the sea where there are stools and a coffee table.

The airy living room surrounded by unusual windows is bathed in sunlight and equipped with a comfortable sofa and an interesting modern fireplace. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wifi. The modernly decorated kitchen contains everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, and there is also a dining room with a dining table.

Fans of an active vacation will be delighted with the gym and sauna.

The outdoor terrace offers a heated 40 m2 pool with sun loungers. There is also a covered outdoor barbecue, a summer kitchen, and a table for dining and evening gatherings.

As additional amenities, you can use 1 separate toilet, washing machine, dryer and iron.

The villa is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.
