Swiftwater - Secluded Log Cabin

Swiftwater sits in a relaxing and quiet lake view area and sleeps 6 comfortably.
The location is in proximity to The Kentucky Bourbon Trail and Mammoth Cave.

Newly carpeted Bedrooms. Newly Renovated Master Bath. This one level Log Cabin features 2 Bedrooms each with its own Bath and an open Kitchen/Dining/Living area with vaulted ceiling and wood beams.
The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and the adjoining Master Bath has a jetted tub and large walk-in tiled shower. The Mattress has recently been replaced. The guest Bedroom with vaulted ceiling has a queen bed and its own adjoining Bath. The Mattress in the Guest Bedroom is new. The Living area has a gas fireplace and a queen sofa sleeper for additional guest. The laundry has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Cabin sits across the street from the lake. The front over sized deck has a gas grill, table with 6 chairs and umbrella and views of the State Park Marina. The back covered porch is a great place to relax and watch the turkey and deer.

Located just 1.5 miles from beautiful Rough River Dam State Park and all its amenities including a public boat ramp, Grayson's Landing Restaurant and a paved Airstrip with lighting and sandy beach. 15 minutes to Pine Knob Theater. City of Leitchfield is a 25 minute drive and offers shopping and dining. Owensboro is a 50 minute drive, 60 minutes to Bowling Green and 1 1/2 hours to Louisville.

Great Getaway
This cabin is great! Everyrhing you need is there. Clean and cozy. We split our time between Louisville and Bowling Green so it was the perfect location. The only things I missed was having cell service (we have AT&T and only got 2 bars on the back porch.) and there is no internet (we knew that from the beginning). TV in the bedroom didnt have sound so we only had the one tv in the living room. Overall, this was one of the better cabins we have stayed in.
