With two driveways, there is plenty of space for the boats and a fabulous covered alfresco area with a barbeque to toast to the day that was.
Take a leisurely stroll to the eateries, shops and Exmouth town centre, or relax in front of the television after a big day on the water. Enjoy Exmouth's balmy nights in this extremely well-equipped house.

Open plan kitchen and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen including a freestanding 900mm oven and gas cook top. Separate lounge room with plenty of seating for everyone. Bedroom 1 - Queen sized Bedroom 2 - Queen Sized Bedroom 3 - Queen Sized Bedroom 4 - Two Single Beds Family bathroom - shower and bath located adjacent to the master with separate toilet. Second bathroom - shower and toilet, this is located through the laundry. Separate toilet.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Great location, close to town centre and whale bone brewery. It was the first time my family has been to exmouth and they can't wait to go back. Great holiday.
