The staff are great and very helpful. As far as the rooms, we reserved the jacuzzi suite over the pool, but were told it was flooded or something. So they gave us a 2nd room, but the carpet was wet. The 3rd room was ok except for the shower being extremely small.. Overall, the facility needs updated and some repairs done. Ice machines were out of order.

Great vacation spot.

We had an excellent stay, everyone was amazing. Maria was always helpful and accomodating. The pool and hot tub we used every night, the projector was awesome in there as well. The breakfast had great options and was always hot and fresh.

Excellent hotel in Eureka Springs

Wonderful hotel located just a quick drive frim the historic downtown area. Very comfortabke and clean rooms. Exceptional indoor pool and hot tub. Really enjoyed our stay!

I like almost everything about the property. But what I didn't like was , a month in advance, I had to reserved 2 rooms as I was not allowed to reserve 1 room for 2 adults and 4 kids. I asked the clerk for adjoining rooms but was denied. I couldn't even get 2 rooms next to each other! I did not want the family to be separated like that. Hope things turn out better if we have to come here again.

Friendly with great breakfast

Staff were awesome!! Rooms are a bit dated, clean & comfy. The HOT BREAKFAST was fantastic….scrambled eggs, gravy w/o meat, fresh biscuits, sausage patties, fresh waffles, cereal, yogurt, OJ & apple juice, etc.
