"2024 BEST PROPERTY"
This property is a jewel; with more than 350 reviews, more than most other property in the area and still maintains a nearly perfect rating. Tucked in among the trees high above the forest floor, this property is private, quiet, and relaxing along with a lake view that will mesmerize you. One queen bedroom with leather love seat, flat screen TV, closet with "white noise fan" and extra blankets. A view of the hot tub and lake beyond make this bedroom a delight. A living room with luxury queen (Pottery Barn) sofa bed, a leather arm chair with hassock and a flat screen TV presents versatility to the suite. Then there's the coffee corner with dining table for two, hall gallery, bathroom, kitchenette and two exquisite decks one above the other with an atrium for star gazing while enjoying the hot tub. A total of three tables and plenty of seating makes the decks the place to be. Then of course there's my baby (the hot tub). It faces west so you can enjoy a sunset while soaking in the spa. It’s the perfect get-a-way for honeymooners, anniversaries, or those just wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is truly a treat. Keep in mind that there is never more than one party at the property insuring you total privacy and relaxation.
I know you will love the suite because it offers a very different environment than most guests experience during their everyday lives. The wooded surroundings are filled with wildlife, deer, opossum, raccoon, red and silver fox, and even an occasional wolf and bear. It's another world at Jacks place, and if I were you I wouldn't miss it for the world. The hot tub water is kept clean and at 102 degrees (Spa temperature) and contains only safe chemicals. The special filter continues to keep everything fresh. A $50 hot tub fee is required. You are provided with your own off street parking big enough for you to bring your boat.
This property is not suitable for disabled guests or those with agility issues as there are stairs to the suite and to the decks along with a number of pit falls for those with these issues.

Quiet place tucked away with an amazing deck. Sunset views from the deck and the bedroom. Jack is wonderful and we'll be looking forward to booking with him again on our next trip to the Ozarks.

The view from the deck was amazing. Watching all of the deer and crazy squirrels was so entertaining. Jack was an awesome host and made us feel right at home. He gave great suggestions of places to eat and places to visit.

Spring Getaway

My partner and I wanted to have a nice little spot to ourselves to enjoy nature as it greened up during spring, and this place fit the bill! The property is above the lakefront offering spectacular views and a lovely amenity like a hot tub and charcoal grill. (My partner and I like to cook together). Eureka Springs offers a very charming little tourist town, and the surrounding trails and lakes are gorgeous.The only small issues I had were the accuracy of the listing, only the lower level of the house is accessible, rather than the entire property. It wasn't a huge deal, but it is definitely only big enough for maybe two couples, max. Also, the community had a hand-made sign stating "no VRBOs", not sure what that is about, the neighbors seemed friendly enough so maybe that's a personal issue.Overall, a lovely stay, and would surely come again.

Lovely vacation stat. But of awkward run ins with the owner.

Beautiful home. Beautiful lamdscape and water view. Lovely hot tub under the stars. It was a little awkward. The owner came back twice while we were there. Saying he had forgot thongs. Lovely gentleman. Very kind. But it made you feel like youd lost your privavcy and uncertainty if he was just going ro make ramdom pop ups o er the weekend. All in all though it was Lovely.

Great place but beware of a few things

This place has no kitchen, and beware that the owner makes it clear you are not to cook inside. This was not clear to me from looking at the pictures. Also, beware that this is the bottom floor of a 3 story house so there were people upstairs. Again this was not clear from the ad, I thought we would be alone. Also be aware that the owner likes to do his own check in and he is very particular about a lot of things. It's not terrible, just not what I'm used to, and just something to be aware of before you go into it.

Relaxing and wonderful stay

Our host, Jack was fantastic. He kept in contact starting the day before arrival. He met us at the house for check in. Gave us lots of information regarding the surrounding area, told us about great places to visit and eat. The bed was comfy and everything was very nice including the lake view! I felt terrible about calling him so late at night about adjusting the air conditioner temperature because it was really not hot in the home. I’m a long term allergy sufferer and sometimes I have to have it a little cooler than most to be able to breath and sleep better, but he answered immediately and came to adjust the temperature and I was breathing well the rest of the night! The next day before departing my husbands truck wouldn’t start and we thought perhaps battery, but Jack was right there with a device to help us jump start the truck! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, the house was wonderful! It was clean, the check in process was easy and Jack was a wonderful host! He's great at communicating and helped answer all of our questions! Our only "complaint" (and I use that word loosely) is that the house is only the basement portion of the house. That was a surprise to us as we checked in as we thought it would be the whole house. Not a huge deal as it was just the two of us, but it was a little confusing as we walked in and had the realization. Otherwise, everything about the house was wonderful. We were out on the deck every night watching the sunset and enjoying the hot tub. Jack was kind and let us use his grill, so that was a big plus! Just a heads up, we were aware that there was a mini fridge, but the inside door didn't have all of the shelves in place to hold stuff in the door, so we were even more limited on fridge space than what we already had. We always travel with a rolling cooler anyways so it wasn't a huge deal for us, but it may be for other folks who aren't expecting it! I will say, as we were trying to figure out if another couple would be joining us and ran it by Jack, he said the house may be a tight fit and actually recommended another one of his properties incase our other couple came along! Turns out they didn't so we didn't need it, but he was very accommodating and helpful! We ran into him as we were leaving the neighborhood and he was so kind and nice to chat to! 10/10, would rent from him again!

Beautiful lakeside property!

What a beautiful place. Nestled right along Beaver Lake with views to die for. Amazing sunsets, boat watching, breathtaking views. And top off the night with a relaxing star-gazing session in the spacious hot tub!Jack was an amazing host, always in contact when needed and very accommodating. Beautiful property and wonderful host. Will definitely be back again!
