Nestled among boulders and Ponderosa pines, the house itself is a delightful mountain getaway, just two miles from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The Overlook House offers a full kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook, a wood burning fireplace in the spacious living and dining area, washer/dryer, jetted tub, 2 satellite televisions, hi-speed wireless, 2 VCR/DVD units, gas grill, 4 balconies with great views and a fabulous patio deck built into the rocks with hot tub. Three bathrooms: full, 3/4 and half. Three private bedrooms: master bedroom on the third floor with a king bed, one king bedroom on the first floor and one queen bedroom with a twin/double bunk bed, also on the first floor. The open loft has a double sleeper couch, providing a total of six separate beds (of varying sizes). The house is just two miles from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
