"Room was nice, but wish we had a better view. It said we had a “garden view”, but it wasn’t anything other than looking at the road and some trees. Pool was so nice. All staff were super friendly, but get used to “island time” because no one is in a rush to serve you. Great beach and views of the ocean from most spots on the resort. "

"We actually enjoyed our short stay at Midtown Guest House. It's not going to work for everyone but, the staff is super friendly and they do what they can to make your stay comfortable. For the value conscious traveler this is THE place to stay in downtown Charlotte Amalie. It has all the basic needs and there is plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short, easy walk. We would probably stay here again if it were for 1 or 2 nights."
