  • Ideal for your relaxing holidays! With its decoration and warm atmosphere this apartment boulevard sea completely renovated in April 2015 is ideal to enjoy the pleasures that offers Erquy.
    ~ This apartment includes:
     - 1 quiet room with 1 bed 2 persons (bed 140/190) and a dressing (duvet and duvet cover provided).
    - 1 sea view lounge with 1 sofa bed, sleeping 2 people (duvet and duvet cover provided) coffee table.
    - 1 dining room overlooking the sea
    - 1 flat screen TV visible from the living room and the dining room.
    - 1 fully equipped kitchen
     - gas plates
     - dishwasher
     - multifunction oven (microwave function)
    - coffee maker, toaster
    - 1 bathroom with a large shower, hairdryer dry towels. Towels provided.
    - 1 WC.
    - 1 washing machine
     - 1 balcony with stunning views of the beach with table and chairs.
    - 1 private parking space in inner courtyard.
    - Cot and high chair available on request.

A return to a good apartment in a lovely seaside town

The real bonus of this apartment is its location. A balcony view over the beach, and situated close to the port area with many restaurants and bars. It also provides a secure car park space which is very important in this busy area. Our second visit here, and a place we enjoyed very much.

Cet appartement est vraiment très agréable, il a tout pour lui: très bien exposé, lumineux, propre et très bien équipé. Bien évidemment la vue est exceptionnelle et l'emplacement idéal sans oublier le petit plus: la place de parking privé. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la disponobilité et la flexibilité de Mme Morgant pour notre arrivée. Nous recommandons!

Super Lage

Sehr schönes Apartement und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Am besten erreicht man sie mit SMS sie übergibt direkt den Schlüssel und zeigt einem alles. Die Lage ist super. Zur Bäckerei (sehr gut) und kleinem Supermarkt läuft man 10 - 15 Minuten und dies auch noch an einem wunderschönen Strand. Die Pizzeria ist sehr zu empfehlen und hat gute angebote zum Mittagstisch unter der Woche. Das Chalut (Creperie) sollte vorher reserviert werden oder um 19 Uhr vor Ort sein. Eisdiele beim Hafen lohmt sich (italienisches Eis)

A really nice apartment in a great location, and Erquy is an excellent holiday spot.

Everything at this property worked well. Secure parking; a clean, spacious and well equipped apartment for the two of us; a nice balcony overlooking the beach; very close to restaurants and bars, a number of which we visited and enjoyed; the steps by the port which lead up to Cap d'Erquy also provide access to some good walking area.

Un super séjour ! Un appartement cocooning où l'on s'y sent bien !! Tout est mis à disposition, il ne manque rien ! Une magnifique vue sur cette magnifique plage! Bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui est adorable. J'ai eu un gros coup de cœur pour cette ville ! L'appartement est très bien placé à 2 pas de la plage et des restaurants ...
