La propreté de l'appartement n'était pas conforme à nos attentes(traces de gras sur la plaque de cuisson,moisissures au pied de la cabine de douche);de plus des traces de réparation du placoplatre du faux plafond étaient visibles(cotes esthétiques il y a mieux).
