This 1-bedroom apartment sits on the third floor, blending bright, modern space with welcoming touches for a comfortable stay on Edinburgh’s north side. Thoughtfully laid out for up to two guests, it offers easy self-catering and a balcony for enjoying fresh air.

Enter through a welcoming hallway that leads straight to the open-plan living and dining area. The lounge features a sofa, armchair, coffee table and Smart TV, with a dining table for four positioned by the large windows. Sliding doors open onto the balcony, flooding the space with light and views over the treetops.

Adjacent, the kitchen is perfect for relaxed meals, with worktops, a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee grinder, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. All essential cookware, crockery and utensils are provided, making it simple to whip up breakfasts or evening dinners.

The double bedroom creates a serene escape, with a bed dressed in fresh linen, bedside tables, lamps and ample wardrobe storage. Large windows with curtains keep it airy by day and cosy at night, plus an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and toilet for convenience.

A separate hallway bathroom offers a bathtub and a heated towel rail, ensuring everything you need for fresh starts or unwinding after exploring.
