Loved the property, only hiccup was that it wouldve been nice to get communication that maintenance would be by to take care of grounds during our stay. Not a big deal but it was a surprise for sure.

Clean, spacious cabin

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this great cabin! It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. I’m almost reluctant to give it five stars because it might not be available next time I want to book it!

Nice Place But Doesn't sleep 12

Cabin is in a great place and pleasant. Check in and everything went smooth. No issues with the facility. Its cozy. But it does NOT sleep 12 people. 8 tops. Unless you're counting a small twin bed as sleeping 2 kids or people sleeping on lounge chairs. But no way you can sleep 12 here. 8 tops. I think you should update the listing to be more accurate.

Jacuzzi was disgusting

Please don’t use this cabin if your picking one for a jacuzzi mountain stay. The water was murky brown, and the chlorine/bromaine filter was brown black at the bottom. When I mentioned to at least get my $50 jacuzzi fee back they said no, that’s normal for in the mountains. It is not normal, there are many rentals up there that have clear water in the jacuzzi. We were unable to use after seeing it in the daylight. They charge a fee for every little thing and you roll basically need to do their laundry, dishwasher and trash for them all by 10AM - I think it’s the management company at fault not the homeowner. You will be treated like an invoice instead of a human. Beware

Golden Birthday

The property is very nice but renters need to be aware that the listing is not complete/accurate . The cleaning and added fees are big and the listing did not specify number of pets or that they would scrutinize types. Most listings clearly stated a number of dogs and types permitted. We specifically chose this property for the location and $50 pet deposit along with no statement saying only small dogs or only two. We are a family with dogs and wanted a weekend away with them for our daughters golden birthday the 27th. After paying nearly $1000 for 2 nights, non refundable under any circumstances, it said 2 dog limit and then wanted $75 deposit for each dog not the one $50 as stated before renting. When I asked about the change in deposit and now saying for each dog I had to prove that was what the listing said. Our dogs are well behaved and together a great deal and not destructive. Also they wanted a deposit for my brothers dog even if he and the dog were not staying at the house just visiting on an afternoon. So only dogs that are not what is considered “high shedding” and they have to be older. I will say the responses were fast from the rental agency and the property was lovely and quiet but I will never use them again. It was difficult for our family to find alternative housing for their pets when we paid a lot to have the ability to bring them for the weekend.
