Amazing time

The house was in a perfect location and easy to get to. The neighborhood was clean and safe. Only recommendation would be to add outdoor furniture for the outback so you can sit outside and enjoy the back yard

Great place!

My family had an amazing weekend in Denver. The house was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful outside area with clean! hot tub and cosy terrace. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. 10 mins walking from the grocery store. Thank you!!

Great house in Arvada

My wife and two dogs stayed at this property while we were in town for hiking and a red rocks concert. The house was great - good amount of space, well decorated, well supplied for everything we needed while we were here, the backyard was huge and was a great space for the dogs to run around in. Hot tub was great as well. The neighborhood was nice and close to downtown Arvada and a short drive to red rocks. One note - it is fairly bright in the house, so if you like to sleep in like we do bring a sleep mask. I hope we have a reason to come back to town and stay here again!

Great Location, Dirty Home

We enjoyed the neighborhood as it was family friendly but when I fell you the home was dirty, better believe it. Towels had stains including blood. The bed sheets had yellow marks as well. The stove top looked to not have been cleaned in a while. Hair left all in the master shower. Left message for the property manager and not one response.
