We went to a wedding in Leonard and needed a place for 6 of us. It was fun to see the animals off the back porch. Owners are super sweet. The house is well decorated and very clean.Thank you for a great place to get some sleep between events.
Excellent experience! Clean, comfortable, and an awesome patio area. The baby goats were an added plus, and we enjoyed some delightful conversation with the owner. He was certainly helpful! Thank you for a great weekend!Highly recommend.
Beautiful property, exactly as described especially the extra cuteness of the baby goats. Cielo was super attentive to any messages I sent. She even let the goats out for us to pet, feed and adore. We will definitely be coming back. Thank You!!backt.saty!feedperpetpetHigrecommend
Overall was a great place to stay at. Typing in address takes you to a different spot on its road but we found it easy. Thought it was just the one house but there ’s 2 others by it! Loved all the animals! Deck and pool table were great to spend time on with friends. The light on fan in master bedroom did not work for us. But other than that’s it was in the perfect location and such an adorable place! Quick responses from the wonderful host!
I use VRBO often and for the most part I've had good experiences. My stay at Cielo's Retreat was excellent and one of the best! I had 3 old friends with me for a fishing trip to Lake Lavon. While our fishing wasn't what we hoped for, the property was better than advertised. The place was super clean, plenty of room for 4 old men and the back porch had great seating and looked out over a farm that could rival Ol' McDonald's farm. Plus it had a gas grill (which we used) as well as a pool table and dart board. The host was kind and communicated well. I told him he needs to charge more. :) If we ever fish Lavon again we will definitely stay here again.
