Large private studio apartment above the carport with lake view only. 14 stairs to the private upper deck for apartment access. No private boat slip. The Union public boat ramp is .06 miles from the apartment, so bring your boat or personal watercraft for a day of lake fun. Water access across the road belongs to neighbors. Chuck's Maina is less than 1/4 mile from the apartment. Check their Facebook page for entertainment. Auburn is 25 minutes from the apartment, and Auburn Stadium is 30 minutes away. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. The apartment has a king-size bed with memory foam. When requested, a queen-size sofa bed is set up. An extra 3-inch memory foam is added for a more comfortable night's sleep. Special deluxe amenities are available. A tip is requested for these services: Deluxe coffee bar with assorted coffees, syrups, and coffee creamer (located in the refrigerator), tea, and hot chocolate. The ladies' dressing table has a hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron, comb, brush, and lots of extras if you forgot something. The body wash station has assorted lotions, body wash, face wash, shampoo, and conditioners. The toilet closet is very roomy with a sink and a men's valet dressing suit stand . It has a fan, hair dryer, toothpaste, body deodorizer, room deodorizer, and well-stocked toilet tissue.
