Hotel das noivas de Curitiba!!!

Não se assuste com o número de noivas que sai deste hotel para se casar, principalmente no final da tarde dos sábados, a recepção fica meio tumultuada, o restante do tempo é bem tranquilo. No geral o Hotel é bom.

Hotel excelente, localização não tão boa

Excelente hotel com quartos e serviços impecáveis. A localização não é tão boa em razão de ser localizada no centro de Curitiba onde vi algumas coisas desagradáveis a noite. Perto do shopping Mueller. Eqüidistante de vários pontos turísticos por ser central. Mas voltaria com certeza. Ótima relação custo/benefício!

Serviço deixou a desejar.

Quartos limpos, ótima localização, mas piscina térmica sempre estava fria. Infelizmente, contratei a hospedagem junto a Hoteis.com (confirmando por telefone a inclusão de tudo, antes de efetivar contratação pela internet), mas chegando ao hotel fui informado que o café da manhã não faria parte da diária, havendo a necessidade de um desembolso adicional superior a 25% da diária.

Crowne Curitiba

O hotel é muito confortável, porém o serviço na recepção não me agradou. Qdo fiz o checkin os recepcionistas eram mal treinados. Quando fiz a reserva internet não ficou esclarecido se teria o café da manhã. Fiquei sabendo no salão quando o garçom avisou que minha reserva não incluía café da manhã. Ficou uma situação um pouco constrangedora. Os quartos são ótimos e a limpeza também.

Good deal.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was really good and most of the staff are very kind. Too bad the air conditioning would not work properly and the toilets needed a little more care. The water wouldn't drain easily in the shower cubicle and wash basin.
