Boating advantages, room for multiple boats, deep water dockage and access. No "manatee zone" restriction access to the Gulf, no crowd, 10 miles north of scallop grounds, avoid the hysteria of boat ramps, parking for multiple trailers, dockside electricity, lift not available.
