The perfect quiet getaway on the river! This home was immaculately clean and charming. The quiet location on the river was ideal for our family of four. Our young girls really enjoyed the tree swing as well. Communication was a 10/10 and we would absolutely stay here again!

2 Thumbs Up for Loons Landing

We stayed at Loons Landing for a much needed get away with the family and had an exceptional time. The views, the access to outdoor fun, and the coziness/cleanliness of the home were first rate! I highly recommend Loons Landong for anyone heading to the Crivitz area.

Northwoods gem

This place was perfect for three adults needing peace and relaxation. From the well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and the huge fireplace…it was great! Best part was the view of the Peshtigo River. Our weather was more like summer but the fall colors right otside the door were just stunning! It was VERY hard to pack up and leave…

Great vacation getaway!

Beautiful, peaceful vacation home on the water! Perfect getaway for 2 couples! The house is well maintained and has a great retro 70's feel to it! Lots of dark wood and soft carpet, large functional fireplace with plenty of wood, nice firepit and a great dock for your boat! Would definitely recommend and hope to return again! Communicating with the host was super easy and fast response.

Wonderful vacation

It was a great week and we enjoyed everything about the property! It was incredibly clean and stocked with everything needed. The only thing that it didn't have is central AC....the 2 bedrooms have AC units but the rest of the house does not. It was manageable for us and thankfully the temperatures weren't too hot during our stay. It is a wonderful place and the setting is beautiful....we loved it!!

Convenient get away.

Owners very responsive. Place is well kept up. They seem to think of everything to make the stay pleasurable. Anything we needed or forgot to bring, was on site. Crivitz was 6 miles away if you needed to get groceries or a bite to eat. A great place for custard was The Iceberg in town. Many parks and lakes in the area to explore. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

This house had the best amenities. It was all you could want.

Nice neighborhood, big property, great sq. Footage and the best towels, sheets blankets etc. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom, HOWEVER, the rest of the house was very warm! We caught no fish but had a great time with their games,bean bags, etc. Highly recommend.

Amazing

Beautiful place to stay,quiet, peaceful and very relaxing.They stocked up on everything all you have to do is bring clothes and food.They even had a closet full of toys if you have kids. There was even a potty chair there. Fully equipt kitchen and the beds were so comfortable even the pillows which is a hugh deal. So clean when we got there and beautiful inside. We will definitely book this again..Thank you

Just what we needed

To say the area was beautiful would be an understatement, it was perfection. The house was very well maintained and had everything we needed, and plenty more for the kids. There was board games, crafts for the kids, coloring books, just in case of a rainy day. We had an amazing time spending our days swimming in the river, fishing, and going in to town for the flea market on Thursdays. It was a great experience and I look forward to staying here again.

Absolute Tranquility

We were so sad to leave after a truly incredible stay! This cabin is so incredibly well-stocked, beautifully maintained, and located perfectly in a quiet, beautiful part of the reservoir. Tessa was SO helpful and communicative for weeks before our stay and answered any questions we had. The home is even better than described and has everything you could possibly need (and more). The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and you can easily spend hours swimming in the water in silence and tranquility. The fire pit was perfect and the cabin is a short drive from the downtown area of Crivitz. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Love Love Love

A quiet hidden gem on a dead end road on the Peshtigo River. This home was emaculate, you only have to bring your food and beverages as they have EVERYTHING else you could possibly need. Great location, did some golfing at De Schmidt(fun course), supper club dining at Renes(A+), Farmers Market in town and awesome cool treats at Iceberg food stand. We spent most of our time enjoying the view with cocktails on the dock and floating on the river. It was exactly what we needed and will definitely be back. We didn't want to leave. Great family vacation

The property is beautiful and was so lovely to stay at. There were a few minor things that needed to be brought to the owners attention but nothing that affected our stay too much and was more just letting them know of general maintenance. It was so quiet and serene. I thought our kids might get bored but there was an entire closet filled with toys and a dresser we discovered later that had clay, paint, coloring books and even jewelry making kits. The only issue I had with the place was that it had everything and I wish I'd known that so we could have packed lighter. That's all. There's not much reception so plan for that. The town is really close so the grocery store wasn't far for food. We loved going to the waterfalls near by. Definitely recommend for a quiet stay or even for a family trip.

Spacious and clean. Well-stocked kitchen and toy closet. The waterfront was fun for light boating. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning failed to make the bedrooms comfortable, and the units are very loud.

Nice, well equipped with supplies, could use some more information on bringing t.v. codes, small things. Maybe better information on fishing from dock, need to bring your own boat, row boat is to difficult to move for two people.
