900sq. ft Cozy One Bedroom Guest House only 20 minutes drive from Sedona.Tile flooring throughout the house. Professionally cleaned after each guest stay.Great value for families! In Cottonwood, its location is located on the North side of town. Page Springs Winery, historic Old Town Cottonwood and historic Jerome offer restaurants, art galleries, and historic locations all within 15-20 minutes away. Adjacent to local sites of interest, movie theaters, shops, and restaurants.

Contactless check in guest house on lower level of property with private driveway and entrance. Outdoor seating area with panoramic views of the red rocks with gas BBQ for dining outdoors. Apartment has a full kitchen, pantry, living room, laundry and private bathroom with walk in shower.

Wonderful location and property!
Steve was so responsive! Excellent host from start to finish. The property is quiet, wonderful location, and absolutely perfect for my husband and me. We loved the patio in the back with the beautiful view. We had everything we could possibly need and would absolutely stay here again. Very clean, and well maintained.
