"We were close to everything we needed in Port Stephens. Walk to dog beach, at the house we had a pool table, ping pong table, darts, fishing rods, bikes, various areas to relax and read. We didn’t use everything that the house had to offer as we did get out and about to enjoy the sun and area. A few stairs in and outside the house, be mindful if you have less mobile people (or dogs) when looking to book. 45min leisurely walk to the marina (with a few hills!), our little Jack Russell was exhausted by the time we got back, coming back was easier. Definitely recommend to book. Would have enjoyed updated tv’s to be able to watch Streaming services, we found that the only one able to do this was in the garage."
