2/11a Christmas Bush Avenue is a modern, pet friendly, two storey townhouse with a split system air conditioner downstairs, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and an easy scenic walk into the heart of town!
Downstairs has the open plan living area with a Smart TV and comfortable relaxed furnishing, this area opens out onto the alfresco dining area with gas BBQ facilities and an enclosed courtyard/ garden area which is perfect for children to play.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher & microwave, The property also provides an internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer.
Three spacious bedrooms all with ceiling fans and located upstairs, the master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity and the second TV, the main bathroom has a bath, shower, and toilet.

Propety close to marina, CBD and other amenities. Within walking distance to food locations, marina and CBD. Place was well presented, pet friendly. Secure garage on site was a huge plus as well as provided washing machine and dishwasher for use.
The walk from Christmas Bush Avenue at Dutchman’s Bay to the marina was a surprise and an interesting tree lined route with great views of the bay and the coastal housing. It was a short walk of 700-800 metres. The apartment was very good with all amenities working well.

We stayed a whole week at this lovely house, absolutely loved it, it's got everything we need, the location is just 200 meters from the beach, an easy walk to the marina and town centre. Love it! Love Nelson bay! We will definitely come back and highly recommend to our friends.
