NEW & AMAZING Short North/Victorian Village Home!

WELCOME to the BRAND-NEW, 3 bedroom private home just steps away from the Short North, Victorian Village, Weinland Park, Italian Village, and all they have to offer! Located near OSU, perfect for families coming to visit! Centrally located and close to freeway access. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, plus an over-sized sectional, you'll find plenty of spaces to relax after a day of exploring Columbus! Smart tvs in every bedroom allow you to stream your favorite shows! This beautiful home has a large, open floor plan on the first floor. Bright and airy rooms welcome you into the home. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, and a full set of dishes and silverware. While we are dog friendly, we do charge a non-refundable $25/pet fee that will be added on to the booking. Unfortunately, no cats are allowed due to severe allergies. The pet fee helps off-set the extra time it takes our cleaning crew to make our space "sparkling clean" again after hosting your pets! We do not allow events or parties in our property.

Cozy Columbus Location
We were delighted to see how close this house is to the James Cancer Center. So much nicer to stay here than in a hotel! Brought our dogs and easily walked to the park and to the super nice Kroger. Friendly neighbors😊. Plenty of room to spread out too. We parked on the property, off the alley which was convenient and felt very safe. Better than on the street.

Great house!
The house was so cute and a perfect choice for our business trip. Ample space for all 3 of us to spread out and a market very close to stock up on groceries for our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean. The parking was perfect, off street and we loved the close commute to our work meetings. The host was very easy to communicate with and was able to attend to our extra requests when needed. Great place and we will for sure stay again next time we are in town!

We stayed at this house for a weekend of getting together with family, tailgating and attending an Ohio State football game. The house fit our group well, was clean and very well stocked with necessities. Our family parked cars in a deck close by, since street parking was challenging. (There are two spaces behind the house.) There have been reviews about the neighborhood, but we had no problems and found the location convenient to a lot that Columbus has to offer. Two thumbs up from our whole entourage! 👍👍

Great place for weekend with friends in Columbus
Safe neighborhood in the heart of the city. Place was very clean, modern, comfortable with all the little touches to make it a great stay like coffee ready to access, fast Wi-Fi, space for everyone to sit and relax together. Communication and instructions for the place were very easy to have a smooth visit. This would be my go to place whenever visiting Columbus and worth the cost compared to other places reviewed when comparing where to stay.

Buckeye’s football weekend
My husband, our youngest daughter and her husband spent an amazing weekend in this house. It is a beautiful house with the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back. Go bucks!
