Make yourself at home at this modern 3-story, 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. The house is tastefully designed with a large living room and an amazing kitchen that will seat your entire group.

This beautiful, tastefully updated home will be perfect for your group's time in Columbus. The house includes:

- Kitchen: Our modern spacious kitchen features top of the line appliances, a stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig K-Cup coffee machine and is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels.

- Living room: Kick back on a large comfortable couch with a 50” TV. Chat into the evening, hang out or just relax when you come home.

- Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms in the house with 6 beds total that can accommodate 10 adults. Every bedroom features unique furniture and decor and has a premium mattress with luxurious bedding. We also have an air mattress available and a couch in the living room that can accommodate an additional 3 people for a total of 13 guests.

Bedroom 1 (first floor): Queen size bed, desk, and closet.
Bedroom 2 (second floor): Queen size bed, desk, and closet.
Bedroom 3 (second floor): Queen size bed, desk, and closet.
Bedroom 4 (second floor): Full size bed and cute sitting corner for relaxation.
Bedroom 5 (third floor): Two twin beds and a great relaxation corner. This bedroom has its own temperature control with a mini split heating and cooling system.
Bonus: Couch in the living room + full size air bed.

- Bathrooms: There are 2 full bathrooms - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. We provide towels, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner - everything you need!

- WiFi & Temperature Control:

WiFi: We have signal throughout the house.

Thermostat: We have central heating and cooling, controlled by the Smart Thermostat. You are welcome to adjust it to your comfort level. The third floor bedrooms have their own heating and cooling mini-split system.

- Parking: There is free street parking available in the area.

You are renting the entire right side of a duplex. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement is only used for housekeeping use only. The porch and backyard is shared with the other side of the duplex.

Since this is a full house rental, we're not on premises. However, we're always just a quick message away, so feel free to reach out to us via Airbnb app or website at any time.

You've picked the perfect neighborhood to stay in. It has the best of both worlds - it's just minutes away from The Ohio State University, from downtown, from Short North, the stadiums and a ton of great restaurants and eateries. At the same time, it's on a quiet street, so you can get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax when you come home. You'll love staying here!

We're just a 2 minute walk from the bus stop.

Uber and Lyft are very popular and very inexpensive in this area. You can get pretty much anywhere in less than 10 minutes for $10 or less.

We know that a clean and sanitary environment is the top concern for guests. As such, our professional housekeeper cleans and sanitizes the house on a regular basis and before every guest's check in. Rest assured that we take all possible precautions to ensure you have a comfortable and safe stay at our house.

- CHECK-IN -
Check in is at 4pm.

- CHECK-OUT -
Guests must check-out by 11am on the departure day established in their reservation.

- PARKING -
Free street parking is available in the area.

- PETS -
We welcome pets, but check with us first for approval. A small fee may apply.

- DAMAGE/LOSS -

Please note that if there is any damage to the property caused during your stay, you will be charged for it afterward.
