  • Solitaire 1 is a spacious two bedroom apartment in central Sawtell, approximately 200 metres to the stunning Sawtell Beach. Holiday in comfort on the warm Sawtell Summer nights, Solitaire 1 has both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the main living area, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

    A BBQ is also provided for your convenience and the internal laundry features with both a washing machine and clothes dryer. Completely ground level, this apartment is renowned for its top location - leave the car at home and walk to everything! Patrolled beaches, boutique shopping, gourmet restaurants, RSL club, golf course, bowling club are all just a short and level walk away.

    Solitaire 1 comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests:
    Main Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, walk in robe and ensuite with spa bath
    Second Bedroom: 2 x single beds and ceiling fan

    Linen and bath towels are provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels. No smoking, and pets are not permitted. There is secure undercover parking located below the Solitaire complex - single car space. Please refer to our full terms and conditions prior to booking.
