The Ponderosa is a newly renovated 2 bedroom free standing house on a large block 2 minutes walk from Sapphire Beach. The home boasts an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge room with air conditioning, opening out to an elevated north facing patio that has views of the nearby nature reserve towards the beach. Broadband fibre to the premises ensures fast internet and WiFi, The lounge has a large flat screen TV with a WiFi blue-ray player and comfortable lounges. The dining area has a quality sound system with Bluetooth connectivity from your smartphone and a CD player. The covered patio has a gas BBQ and dining setting for relaxed outdoor dining. A separate laundry room downstairs has a washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board and directly outside there is a six line pull out clothes line near the outdoor shower. For car parking, there is a secure remote control roller door garage. The theme of the property is one of beach side relaxation

This house was complete. All you need to survive a holiday in an unfamiliar place. Shops not far. Beach close. Great drives. Internet, TV, Kitchen and all appliances. Owner very helpful, good comms. We will stay again Thanks!
