Great location great value

We were very pleased with the location especially the direct access to the beach. Three beach chairs, umbrellas ect. were a welcomed surprise. Aii in all a great value for our vacation.

Not a bad place. Small but great location

Probably would not stay in unit 1 again. It’s a downstairs unit and you can hear everything from the second floor. Had to sleep with that noise. They have everything to use for the beach. I believe I paid too much for this property.

We had a wonderful time at Coco Sands! My whole intention was to be able to walk out to the beach and sit with a chair and an umbrella! I was able to do that. The Rocket Launch was historical and beyond words! We will be back!

The perfect long weekend

This is the the best equipped condo we’ve ever stayed in during our girl’s weekend trips!! The condo was super clean, had great mattresses and sheets, awesome towels and the ultimate detail- beach chairs!!! It was super easy to communicate with management and we intend to be back next year!!

Great little condo set up #1-4 had front window to the street. #5 is next to the laundry. Upstairs noise was heavy. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and floats were clean and appreciated. 3 bedroom has a deck and bbq area Looking to the beach, perfect for next time!

Beautifully updated unit on the beach!

Property was just as described. This unit is beautifully updated. The space is well used and it’s perfectly cosy yet roomy. The bed is amazing and the bathroom is open and lovely. This location is steps from the beach. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the beach. I would absolutely recommend this unit for a comfortable, stay at cocoa beach.
