Sleeps 7; Quilts and pillows provided – BYO sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels OR optional linen hire. Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. Reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in lounge room; Ceiling fan in lounge room; 3rd bedroom (queen and single) has ceiling fan. Central lounge room with seating, and large television (with USB port); Double bedroom has television with in-built DVD player. WiFi for guests; Board games; DVDs. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and cooktop, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring standard Nespresso compatible pods), and large fridge with freezer on bottom. Front load washing machine; Clothes dryer; Rotary clothesline in rear yard. Enclosed outdoor entertaining area; Seating and dining; Weber Q gas barbecue; Gas ring and pot for crab cooking; Pot belly heater. Large fenced yard; Outdoor shower; Fire pit (guests need to bring their own wood & observe fire regulations); Fish cleaning sink. Off-street parking for 3 cars, with room for a boat; Undercover carport parking for 1 car; No garage access for guests. 3-minute walk to beach. Pets by arrangement only ($100 refundable bond applies per pet) - outside pets accepted (outside only and in verandah area).

DIRECTIONS: Following Yorke Highway south from Port Wakefield, turn left onto Cumberland Road then right onto Yelta Street. Kingfisher Cottage is on the right, with a yellow holiday rental sign at the front.
