This modern studio apartment in Tuscany is located within the structure of the homonymous hotel, practically a stone's throw from the pedestrian area of Castiglione della Pescaia and the yacht Harbor.

Thanks to its central location, you can park your car and walk to the long sandy beaches , the main street of the town with its excellent restaurants, bars and shops for shopping and the historic center with its majestic castle from which you have a breathtaking panoramic view.

Il soggiorno è andato molto bene, l’appartamento si trova in un grande condominio al terzo piano con ascensore, la posizione era perfetta, di fianco al Porto Canale e all’inizio della via principale pedonale. Tutto a portata di mano. Per arrivare in spiaggia 5 minuti a piedi lungo il canale, ristoranti, bar e negozi vicinissimi. Parcheggio a pagamento di fronte all’ingresso e per 42 euro si parcheggia una settimana. Casa pulita, caffè in capsule e dotata di tutto l’occorrente. Check-in e check-out in presenza. Probabilmente torneremo
