Newly renovated apartment next to the leafy green Glen Nature Reserve. Enjoy being surrounded by nature but still a stone's throw from all the action that Cape Town has to offer. Camps Bay beach and promenade are just a short stroll away, featuring some of Cape Town's most popular restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment offers stunning views of Lions Head, tree canopies and the Atlantic Ocean. This is the perfect apartment for a beach holiday.

The Space: 
Located on the top floor of a modern and secure block, this 2 bedroom duplex apartment has a bright and airy feel thanks to large windows that overlook the forest canopy. The 1st floor consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining and lounge area. The first bedroom is located on the 1st floor. It has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. The second bedroom is located in the upstairs loft. This bedroom has a private balcony, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
