Villa Tranquillo is a beautiful and well-furnished villa, located in the popular SW Cape Coral area. Just like the name indicates, this is the place to come relax and enjoy everything that Florida has to offer. The house is located right on the canal and provides a wonderful western exposure so that you can enjoy the sun all day and the sunsets at night. The spacious lanai provides plenty of seating and a relaxing pool to enjoy and a place to relax and take in the gorgeous view over the canal. You will find plenty of places to dine, shop and explore while staying in this beautiful villa.

The Villa offers a total of 2100 sq. ft., which includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Additionally, there is a gas BBQ-grill located outside.

The lanai area has a dining area, a TV and lots of space for sun bathing. Down by the dock you can enjoy the gorgeous view over the canal. The boat lift is occupied by the owners boat but you can tie a rental boat alongside the dock.

There are 2 bikes for you to use during your stay as well as some beach chairs and an umbrella.

WIFI is provided for your enjoyment so that you are able to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

Great GetAway

We took a short getaway between Christmas and New Year’s and this house was just perfect. The management team was ver responsive and hands on with our questions. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms are spacious, the bathroom are clean, the living room is huge and has a very comfortable sectional. We spent quite a while in the pool and played games in the table. I highly recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you.

Cape Coral getaway from New England Weather

We found property as described on line. House was very clean, kitchen very well stocked with everything we needed to make some excellent meals. Ran into some minor issues that were quickly handled by the property Manager. Will definitely book again
