The whole family will love a trip to this cozy, dog-friendly house on the Northern Oregon Coast! Offering entertainment, a fenced yard, and all the amenities you could hope for, up to six guests will feel right at home.

Located on a quiet street on the north end from town, roughly 10 short blocks away from downtown Cannon Beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance while you'll still feel removed from the crowds and traffic. When you want to get to the beach, simply walk about two blocks to the access at the end of 5th Street.

The house has the warm appearance of a cabin with wood paneling on the outside and wood flooring throughout. White walls and ceilings make the interior bright, and ample beach decor is fun to admire. Claim a seat on the comfortable furniture in the living area and select a novel off the shelf, or catch up with friends and loved ones.

When the weather is nice, head outside to the grassy backyard, where you can lounge on patio furniture while sipping a refreshing beverage. Have a barbecue with the gas grill and end the night with a campfire in the outdoor firepit. Your dogs are sure to appreciate having a yard to run around when they're not on the beach (please note a small, nightly pet fee).

If it rains, no worries - you can always spark up the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the flat screen cable, either by picking a DVD from the collection or streaming your Netflix favorites. WiFi ensures you're never bored.

A full kitchen makes cooking just as easy as at home, with all the essentials you're used to as well as extras like a mixer, waffle iron, and a coffee maker. There are chairs for four around the dining table in the middle of the room, plus a high chair for a little one.

With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, up to six travelers may stay here comfortably. Both bedrooms feature a comfy queen bed, and any remaining guests can sleep on the futon in the living room. Since this house is only one level, it may be suitable for those with limited mobility. A private washer/dryer lets you take care of any laundry you may have.

This house is perfect for a family, couples, or a group of friends looking for a quintessential Oregon Coast vacation - spend early mornings sipping coffee outside while a tantalizing sea breeze helps wake you up. After breakfast, go for a stroll over Ecola Creek to find the long stretch of sand leading to Haystack Rock, or head a few blocks north to Chapman Point and glimpse the wildlife at Sea Lion Rocks.

No visit to Cannon Beach would be complete without wandering around downtown. Stop into a cafe for lunch, or treat yourself to some ice cream at any number of establishments. A wide variety of boutiques appeal to visitors of all ages and local art galleries show the inspiration the Pacific can provide. Pick up some fresh fish to cook up back home from Ecola Seafoods Restaurant & Market, and be sure not to miss the saltwater taffy at Bruce's Candy Kitchen!

Experience Cannon Beach like a local when you stay at this quiet house close to everything - book today!

Good location but a little rough of a stay
Cons: NO DISHWASHER. Lots of wasted water and a pain to wash dishes while on vacation. This was the #1 thing we did not appreciate about our stay. The furnace was so LOUD at night when you try to sleep. Very outdated house. Sink/toilet are very close together so if you are a bigger person, it's a tight squeeze. Shower seemed dirty/maybe just old. House very outdated. Pros: Location is good with a close walk to the beach and Ecola State Park. Fun neighborhood. Fenced yard for doggies. Lots of room to gather with two living rooms.

Good location not a great stay
Location was ideal - neighborhood nice very close to the beach - accommodations were adequate - kitchen disorganized and very poor quality dishes etc. - no detailed explanation of what to do with recycles, garbage etc. - Advertised a yard which we could not use for our dogs because there were poops everywhere - last people must not have picked up and even though I started to try to clean it up realized there was no way it would be safe or suitable for my pups with that much waste. No instructions to people who stayed to clean up. No instructions on how to use roku tvs no netflix - Just a little more attention to detail and it would have been a better experience.

Pleasant, comfortable beach house.
Positives: close location to beach and river, quiet friendly neighborhood, lots of sand toys for kids, plentiful cleaning supplies and linens, well stocked kitchen, elk viewing , close to Ecola State Park, enough room and areas to gather in house,. The availability/use of the grill, electric fire place and washer and dryer were appreciated. We enjoyed the sand castle posters! Negatives: many areas weren’t clean. The surfaces of tables and window sills were dirty, had dead flies and required wiping, futon had dirt in crease when we unfolded to make into a bed and needed vacuuming, items were found under the bed, some medicine in a closet, shower did not look clean and there were 4-5 spiders in the bathroom.

Great location
Can't beat the location. Waking distance to the beach and town. House is a bit dated but in good shape. Beds and couches are a little uncomfortable. Overall a good spot!

Off season stay
Very cozy little unit. Exactly as advertized. Did day trips to Astoria and Tilamook. Walked the beach. Real surprise was a herd of elk at Les Shirley park, two minutes from the house.

Goal met
I’d stay here again. The property was a better set up for the needs of our group (dogs, two good friends- great privacy between bedrooms) than we could see from the property description on the website. We drive in at night and would have been very helpful if the house number had had a light on it but that was our only improvement suggestion. A good time was had by all.

Great CB property
We loved this property, it was quiet, but still close enough to town. Just a short walk to the beach. We loved looking at all the Sandcastle Contest posters. I've been coming to Cannon Beach my whole life, and it was great going down memory lane looking at those.

Loved it. Small beds though and unfortunately construction across the street
Beautiful little place, very clean. Older house but updated kitchen and perfectly functional. Small problem with interruption of the perfect silence with construction across the street every day at 8 a.m. Easy walk to a very empty beach. Wonderful with doggies and fenced yard. Very nicely furnished, but must say there was no DVD library. Disappointing.
