We are a family of 5 and had a fantastic time at this charming place! The setting is beautiful and is tugged away from the busy city center. We have enjoyed the pool and have taken a cooking class during our stay - the banh xeo we made was so good! But what really makes the place special is the staff - they are truly fantastic! We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Can Tho.

A little paradise
Amazing. Helpful and kind staff. Beautiful gardens and villas with super comfy beds. Great pool. Very peaceful, away from hustle and bustle of Can Tho.

Charming and relaxing stay in rural Vietnam
lovely setting. Charming and comfortable cabins. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We did two tours: on bicycle in country and on boat to floating markets. Both were excellent. Food was not exceptional but certainly not bad. highly recommended.

I like the the open air bathroom! !! Plus super awesome service from the staffs especially Grace who is so helpful to us. It will be great if you can add more fan in your dining area n some spring cleaning under the bed. Overall my friends and myself enjoy our 2 nights stay here.

Relaxing stay out of the city
Mekong Rustic was exactly what we expected from the listing on Expedia. We were in little chalet type accommodation that were set out around a nice veggie garden next to a little water pond that had fish swimming around in it. It was definitely relaxing and picturesque. The rooms were spacious and the outdoor bathroom was such a great experience. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was really nice, I recommend you try the fish hot pot. Our boat trip to the floating markets was great, well worth the early start. I would definitely stay here again.

the hotel and rooms were excellent however there are large shortcomings at this hotel with no pool, relaxation area and very poor management communication between guests and staff. could do better

Great spot out of the city
We loved our stay, nice and private/quiet (excluding the animal noises at night). Great little markets and town just a short bike ride away. The staff were all friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed like booking our bus tickets back to HCMC. Only things not 5-Star was the food was ok not great and the mattresses were firm and not super comfy (about the same as we’ve experienced in the rest of Vietnam anyway). All n all if you’re not huge city people this is a great place to stay.
